    Select one ore more marines and right click anywhere on screen. Note: This only works when you are in the command console. There can only be one person in the command console at a time and that person is then your commander.

    Right. While the best way to learn how to command is to hop in the command chair, you should at least know the tech tree and how to work the interface before you do it. The marine team's victory is a direct result of your commanding 90% of the time.

    To expand on that idea a little, play a few games on some clan servers (obviously when there's not a match on or anything) and watch some of the commanders. Pick up some good strategies, will probably help.

    My advice run a lan game and get the bots running then whack on sv_cheats 1 in console then bigdig then givepoints all in console, then start working out how to command till u get the basics. Works like a charm.
