New Ns "win" Sound

in NS Customization
<div class="IPBDescription">Something a little different...</div> Not a lot of people are making sounds replacements these days for NS.
I wanna change that.

The you_win.wav sound which is played when you win has been changed to.. well.. ill let you guys find out! All i know is that i love it! <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
Way better then the default one!
