i think he does... no, but u could hack the orig skin to make the grid flooring to look like the fluid from a stargate. i think it may have already been done

this wont work

simply because of the fact that u have to look down onto the phase gate so i dont know how this should work or look goood

Yup, and it would be quite small compared to the "real" thing.

You could try to modify the teleport rings from the series.


It'd be a bloody fast animation though, probably not look too good ingame - let alone the framerate hit when 6 rings appear at the origin and destination.

If I could model (if Ms3d was working), I'd actually try to give it a shot. want to play stargate style jsut DL stargate TC its only in public alpha at moment but so far the map effects and stargate is exclent, as for maps and weps ranging from average to crap, as all the models are jsut fill ins till the proper ones are done

u could put the stargate on the ground, they have done that before in the tv series
