<div class="IPBDescription">Modelling originy help stuff PLEASE!</div> Ok folks, short story, I'm working on the Ultralisk v model for fun, trying to make the fade pred better by putting on its blades, and making a knifey v weapon for fadey wesker.
Problems - in all three cases, stuff is floating off where it shouldn't.
Ultralisk - floats off to the right.
Knife - is 40 feet above the hand I'm binding it to.
Predator - blades refuse to rotate around to a better place - they're also just a little too far forward and from the body.
I can't do anything with any of this unless such problems can be corrected. Anyone feel up to rearranging them? With them fixed and on their bones, I can get back to animating them.
I might need further help later in the topic because I'm trying to put a proper acidrocket thing on the hydralisk, as well as make the muta (mutalisk v model is going to look reaaaally odd, heheh.
So if you like these models, would like them finished and would like to see them in circulation (<b>WITH ORIGINAL MODELLERS/SKINNERS PERMISSION</b>) then I'd like a bright spark to volunteer to have a go.
I'll pm with details to anyone with a bit of wit and experience who replies to the topic.

I was chopping extra bones out of the ultralisk when it started to do weird drifting stuff on me. As for the others, I attach them to the bones ok but then they refuse to move around it. Hurts my head.
I CANNOT DO THEM MYSELF.
If they get done, you get an SC onos v weapon within the week. Modeller permitting, you probably get the Fade pred. And modeller/skinner permitting the Wesker fade too.
If I could use milkshape etc then I would, but lets bear in mind here that I do all my work in wordpad, and these components REFUSE to go where I tell them to.
I realise people are busy but for the sake of simply putting the model on its bones? You don't need to animate, or anything - just put it on its bones and leave me to the rest.

And I don't have milkshape, my trial ran out the first time I tried doing stuff for NS, so now I rely on other better people who know what they're doing.
Cookie, I'll put the model up and PM you a link shortly. I'll give you one zip for all three, and you can alter what you like and get back to me.
The models will look like this, they will not be changed. So can it.

Yes, I could animate and then turn the models origins around (for the Ultralisk) but for the other two it'd do nothing.
I'd like the other two fixed as well, because I've plans for them. And if you can fix one, you can pretty much fix all three - hence why they're all here, hehe.

If we are going to forbid usin copyrighted stuff on this forums i guess 65-80% of the models will have to be removed.

Tho it annoys me that so few people offer to do what you just revealed as not much more than two minutes work.
Grrr....
Anyhow, for the squabblers, that pred is a conversion of a conversion and has in fact already been released on these forums. I'm making it a PROPER fade though, with those blades. And then I'm contacting the original author, and all going well he'll allow it to be released. Moo.
That one is from several other games - its been converted in firearms, cs, the specialists, etc.
