rofl that was funny/bad. The fight at the end was just totally off. They were in a tiny room and it took them ages to finally kill someone.
Not worse than the MGS one I saw, O...m...g... that was bad. I'll see if I can find it.
LOL Agreed, that's the only thing Counter-Strike that I like.
1.)13 years or younger
2.)Emotional problems
3.)Dream CS.
CS is still an over-rated game, even more so then Halo.
Hehe

'cept they weren't holding the mp5s properly. It's a magazine, not a second handle! <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
Good things I can say about Halo:
Graphics are amazing. An old game by anyone's standards, and the graphics STILL top what some newer games offer. Especially cool is the sunlight through trees and dynamic bump mapping when you shine your flashlight on rocks!
Sounds were excellent as well. A good thing to note is that every surface makes a different noise. I crawled all over the Puma pounding at it making various noise <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
AI wasn't that bad, but could've used an upgrade along the lines of: 'Don't throw grenades at me' and 'run away from said grenades'. The game itself captured a very futeristic war-like feel. (Especially the Pelicans dropping off troops, the soldiers calling taunts)
Bad things about Halo: Basically every mission after 'the silent cartographer'. The flood were very scary at first, but then they just got really damn annoying. I swear I killed about 800,000 of them. It got very redundant, very boring... bleh. I've never been a big fan of the multiplayer either.
The last mission was a blast though (Driving on a big stunt race course of a ship in your Puma). Sure it was unrealistic that the Pillar of Autumn is nearly 3 km long, but it was like being on a big roller coaster <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
I'm pretty sure that's how the player model does it when you reload, hence them doing that.
Teflon, there is no Bump-Mapping in the PC version of Halo. The sound of the Warthog Machine Gun is the same as some of the Stationary Half-Life Machine Guns. And the last level does rock.

I just played the Halo version and there is bump mapping. Unless I have no idea what bump mapping is... I thought it was used to describe a texture that changes based on lighting angles. And hell, play 'Blah blah and reconciliation'. Turn on your flashlight and point at the ground and walk around. Voila, the rocks shadows change.
For the Puma's machine gun, the guns in halflife went 'PLOWIE PLOWIE PLOWIE PLOWIE PLOWIE'. The Puma (or warthog, whatever) goes 'rattatatatatatat' same as in XBox Halo.
In the PC Version of Halo, the game uses "Shaders" check under the Visual Options to turn it off or on. I can't turn mine on due to my Vid. Card, and the game looks like it could run on N64.

Big deal what it was called, it still looked great and the effect was excellent <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

if i wasn't above petty argument, i'd tell you to shove it <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->\
halo fo evahhh.
I've never seen that in a game movie, clever idea. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
The ending was beautiful though
