Sorry for getting on your case so much guys, my mega post explained the differences better with a few apologies for being in such a rotten mood and had some tips on what you could do to maybe help your recruitment drive but with the topic closed the post doesn't make much sense on it's own ^^;
The 'pubber=nubber' remark just got me infuriated (didn't help I get a bit emotional when it's like 4am either =s) and so I ended up being a lot more harsh, judgemental and aggressive than I meant but I guess it's all a moot point now. Either way I'm giving you a small apology for being a meanie =/
