<div class="IPBDescription">How do I change from 32bit to 16bit?</div> My computer is aging, and NS is definently one of the best looking mods I have ever seen. I did a little searching on the forums and saw a bunch recommend not to use 32bit mode unless they have a high end machine.... well, almost 3 years ago, thats when my machine was high end, but I tried it anyways.

I am sure that it didn't help I am running HL in a windows emulator (winex from transgaming.com) so.. of course, it really started to slow.

I am running RH9 on a P4 1.5 w/ 1G of RAMBUS (yah, that old expensive ****) and a GeF4 Ti 4200 w/ 64mb.

How do I change out of 32bit mode to 16bit mode?

I tried running Tribes2 on 32bit mode under windows, and it was laggy as well. I just can't use 32bit on this machine, sort of depressing. =(

Oh well, I am a NS n00b so once I am running in 16bit mode, you see the tag falieson around, give me shout.

Thanks for anyone that helps!

Once again, to reiterate, my question is: how do I change from 32bit to 16bit mode?

Right click your NS shortcut, at properties, there should be something like -32 ccp or -32bit, or something of the sort.

Remove it and it'll automatically switch to 16 bit when you use the shortcut.
