I am currently working on GrenadeBounce.
Its not yet done but will hopefully be tomorrow.
Whats left is the 2 cvars that the server admins can control.
But, i have a surprise! A video of it in the current state:

Hmm can't play your little video there. What did you use to create it? What Codec and where can I download it? I even tried all the popular players from Microsoft Media, RealOne, Quicktime, Winamp and Divx.

Ok i have updated. It now uses wmv format and they are only 300kb big.
