O Which version you're trying to play (Steam or WON)
O The exact error
O Where exactly the error shows up

it happens when i try and create a game. i didnt download the newest version of half life to 1.1.1.0 yet.

have tryied reinstalling both teh hl patch first and teh ns 2.0?

Well that's probably your problem, you need the latest half life patch.
