I reverted to WON and it's playable again.

He means pre-2.0, not presteam. I've never liked any of the custom maps, but I have only played a few of them.

ns_siege007 is still the most common custom map in servers- although only 4 or so servers run it at any given time. As opposed to 10 or so, pre-2.0. Not such a big change, is it?
It's mostly because of 2.0 deleting instead of overwriting everything you previously had in your ns folder.
