Great, Ns Deletes Hl From Steam!

<div class="IPBDescription">That's right folks: no more HL</div> I recently installed Natural Selection, and after many issues, I decided to reboot my computer. When I start it up again, half-life is gone from steam. I have to re-dl the whole thing. Hooray. Great. I can't play NS anymore either, so at least my computer can't get messed up anymore by me trying it again.

What's with this mod and messing with things that it shoulnd't mess with??

congratz, I am willing to bet that every thing was still there, this si a common steam error where things that are installed just don't show up.

Sorry, false alarm, this was coincidental.

Apparently this new update released to steam (I installed natural selection as soon as the update finished) has a nasty habit of deleting people's cache files. (http://steampowered.com/forums)


This is a nasty problem, but it had nothing to do with NS.

There are only a few NS servers on steam. I suggest you uninstall it and play on WoN first.
And the graphics Is MUCH better than your normal hl mod.
