I removed the acid spitter, modified the back, added some spikes and blablabla you see the pictures^^
Some people told me it looked like a devil ingame (one went AAAAAAAAAAH!!!!! screaming into my ear via voicecomm), that's why it's called like this^^

I like it. I plan to do the fade-nos v weapons AFTER the SC ones, but I might do the v weapons for this.
Any chance of you taking the FADE v weapons and skinning/modelling them to match? I can animate them for you after that - bear in mind even if you sat and hexed the onos anims, half of them don't play ingame..... And for that matter, hexing them will make no difference since you're using a completely new model - and names are irrelevant since HL just goes by their ORDER.
I know which Onos anims work, which don't, and by the time you've released this I'll have 2 onos v weapons under my belt. I'd be happy to do ones for this IF you've got the fade arms for me to anim.
What are you planning for DEVOUR? Bear in mind that since the fadenos has an UPPER and LOWER body, all its thirdperson attack animations should theoretically play. Gore could be claws, stomp could be a swipe, charge is identical to gore...... so devour can be anything you want. Perhaps something with the spiky chest? If you can make a model for that which fits between the fade arms, I'll anim the lot for you.

I'd a nice idea for a devour, but the problem is it'd play on every attempt, AFAIK. So thats bad. So I'm racking my brain for something decently ranged yet terrifying to see.
Chest opening seems the wisest bit to use.... perhaps big long tentacles to vacuum up a rine? Or like a starfish, where the stomach goes out of the body? Ideas, ideas.
But that would scare the **** out of me with 3 of those storming my beautiful base. Nice.
Did I mention the player model already works ingame and has the voicecomm enabled mouth?

But man, you have officially made it bada**. Great job and I'd definitely be interested in any playtesting you might want done.
Bah. Anyhow, I'll try what I can!
As a shortcut though, I might do this "side by side" with the Ultralisk, so that I get all the onos shiznit out of the way at once. So, working to the same timescale, perhaps a week? Less probably, since it's effectively just moving around the fade anims.

Anyway. Animations are done, all paly ingame. Devour looks a bit unfamilar but I did it to give you the same aming help the horn gave you. Jaeger, gimme your email, there's some stuff to test for ya waiting ^^
And remember, if you send me another eyeglow texture I'll put in in!
