Okie, i have a gforce mx440. My copy won't let me put all the graphics on high. only the shaders and the other thing wont work. So can anybody tell me how i can enable them? To add a bit more detail, i presume the shaders you're referring to are DX9's new 2.0 shaders, which only the newest cards support.
Also, if you have a gf4 mx, i don't think it can handle running Halo in full detail, not unless you've got a beast of a processor beneath it.

Even the processer would't help. Try adding -use11 to your target line
Ive heard conflicting report as to whether use11 or useff gives better fps, I suggest using 1.1 shaders as that makes everything look better.
I switched to -useff last night, 15-30 FPS same level.
So...
