Previous Weapon Bind Not Working?

<div class="IPBDescription">I can only change weapons one way</div> Hi, I noticed that the default controls do not contain anything bound to next weapon. I decided to bind mousewheel down to it, but it doesn't work. I can only change weapons one way, which is quite frustrating.

Does anyone know why? Thanks!
