    Is it possible to make it so that i have another switch in the map, if that switch is pressed, then that person will not be able to hear the music the rest of the round?

    It would only work if you could mark that player as different from the rest -- otherwise (s)he would hear music the next time someone pressed a music button.

    In DM you could assign the player to another team, but since NS already has a meaning for each player team, I don't think it's possible.

    as much as i'd hate to dig this thread out of its grave...

    I must ask...

    currently im reconverting all music to .mp3 format, including the songs that play when the env_shooters shoot....

    thing is, the mp3 music entity does not toggle...

    how would i make it so that it toggles?

    Is there a chance it can be made to toggle in future beta releases?

    anyway- why not keep it as a wav file?

    because wav files are quite large, mp3 is much more efficient

    I won't say it can't happen, but I don't think it's likely to happen for any version of NS 3.0. Bugfixes and balance are the main focus right now.

    so cagey, i ask because of your advanced knowledge into this thing....

    how can i make the non-toggling MP3's toggle with the env_shooters...

    IE, when 1 env shooter shoots, the mp3 plays....

    When 2nd env shooter shoots, 2nd mp3 plays, first stops....

    and vice versa?
