Icons Next To Ppls Names

Hiya to all NS fans!
Was wondering what the cool icons next to ppls names are. Ive seen several different ones and I Was wondering what they were. I know what the constelation one looks like, but these look different.
Someone said it was because their clan was a veteran clan.
My clan "Drop Bearz" is an australian clan, and we have been around since the original release of NS, back in the dawn of time. We dont war much, because basically we are a group of people who enjoy playing together, and there are only 2 requirements in the clan. 1. We like you, 2. You are a great player.
Basically, we are a group of really top notch players who are serious veterans of the ns scene, from 1.0 through 1.04 all the way now into NS 2!
If someone could let me know what these icons are and how you get them, I would be grateful, as dB certainly could fulfill any requirements for them!
