yeah, i havent gone in about 3 years either. If you love skiing, i say come to whistler/blackcomb in BC. It's really nice in the winter. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
I haven't went skiing since I went careering down a hill screaming only to fall at the very bottom and get hurt lots. First and last skiing experience ever until I get a suicidal urge again ^^
just make sure it's not got any grit in it and it's not yellow... plus eating cold stuff in the cold makes you cold, which is a bad thing <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
My ski season doesn't open til Thanksgiving or after, and night skiing isn't til mid-December. I'm still pumped for this year, though, riding the new Line 1260's, gonna tear the park apart. Ehh, well, anyway, have a good time.
I've been on a dry ski slope a few times but that's it really <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo--> I remember once I slid a little and I ended up doing the splits, couldn't get up till I got to the bottom. Quite painful.
I missed out on my last skiing holiday because I injured my knee - beforehand even. Oh well, I kept the russian girl who broke her ankle company. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
I try to go skiing at least once a year, and I have been skiing for about the past 12 years. It is my favorite outdoor activity, all I look foward to every year is skiing. Unfortunately, our skiing season doesn't strat until december, and really doesn't get any good until January (lousy Ohio weather). I fly down the hill as fast as I can go, Im not much for stunts though, more of a speed person. I will hit the ramps if Im daring/drunk enough (or to impress the ski bunnies, until I fall on my rear!). Its better this year, now I can hit a couple of slopes, go into the lodge, get something to warm me up (over 80 proof perfered), and then hit the slopes again. I have my own skis, but I need new ones and the bindings.
MAN!! Now I want to go skiing so badly <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->

Oh, it's Off-Topic. D'oh.

Just a question though, is snow edible?
