Cool Server Mods

<div class="IPBDescription">What ones have you seen?</div> By far the coolest server mod I have seen yet is the one that changes your pistol, and paracite into a portable seige cannon. Yes you shoot and on impact a seige wave explodes, its chaos. Also I saw on one server, by welding bulidings, any bulidings, you can electrify them. Yes electric inf portals, turrets, armorys, its a bit unfair, but fun none the less. Then theres the old armory heal. So what mods have you seen, anything cool I'm missing out on?

    Well, I've seen a Sun Blade cluster with a wind-tunnel blowhole arrangement... probably the most interesting one. Though I've also seen a server with a coffee machine built in. Stupid, but very useful and cool. Oh! And let's not forget the aquarium-mod.

    Reasa are you on about the Skulk Rush Fun maps server, it has that.

    If not it also has a special mod called carried away. Its basically modifed lerk lift. Depending on what upgrades you ahve lerks can pick up rines, HA and standard and also rine structures. Also rines with JP can rearage their base.

    I saw one that let OC/DC/SC/MC's be built on walls and roofs. Was kinda funny, no knifing my SC anymore! Phase EQ is a MUST have in small games(2-4 people) so the com and help fight with out loseing your med/ammo support. Com-ghost is a cool mod too, it shows a "sparkle" where the com is looking so you know if you got his support or not.

    This whould be marine ownage, even with adren pistol fires MUCH faster, and you can get a JP/HA and still have your pistol, no citeing ono's tho.

    BigBull... i couldnt think of a more fun idea. But it would grow tiresome when a lerk picks you up as a hard-earned onos/fade and flies you into the rines spawn (it would happen a lot on pubs lol)

    I saw a mod where all marines started with HA/HMG when they spawn and all kharaa have permanent "primal scream" and "umbra" status, along with unlimited adrenaline. Needless to say, a whole lotta guys chose lerks with celerity and just flew circles around the HA forever while an fade stayed in the air permanently....

    And then the permanently-cloaked-even-when-you-attack mod. That one was freaky as heck.

    I like the Lerk-lift mod.

    The med-dispensing armory was kinda cool.

    But those are just for casual play.


    Most of the time I just play on standard NS, with /stuck of course.

    Siege pistol/parasite is great fun if you're in the mood for just messing around.
