Can I use PhotoSuite3/ or MGI PhotoSuite 8.1 to make sigs and avatars and other stuff like that?

    You can use freakin MS Paint for all I care, just make sure it's at most 400x75, and 22 kb.

    You'll probably need to export it, here:
