I'd tone the blue down a bit though because it's kinda painful to look at ^^;
<b>despite my negatve level of art skills, a suggestion i made has ACTUALLY HELPED SOMEONE!!!</b>
/me feels soo happy, with an enomous sense of well being
u should be happy for u have helped me your physical and mental superiour j/k
anyway ive toned down the blue so now it doesnt burn your eyes when u look at it <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
However, very nice work. The only thing I can criticize is the blueness, as everyone else has so bluntly described <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
Just a general warning.

And I'd suggest making the blue a little bit grayish instead of darker to stop everyones eyes from exploding.
The shading is cool though, nice style.
Dunno what more to say.. for skin, try using the color skin usually has. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
Each to his own...
As for skin colours on DBZ characters, you only need two colours... Search on Google for a picture of "Krillin?" and then use the colour dropper tool in MS Paint to pick the skin colour. Also, saving as .jpg in MS Paint ruins the picture, it's added soooooooooooo many pixely bits to your image.
hmm did nt know bout that thx and i see wot u mean about the pixels, oh well.
anyway ive finished the pic i didnt change the blue cause i like it the way it is.
im not really happy with the skin but it does the job
