Hey, who remembers the good ol days of 1.04. It was buggy, and so far 2.01 is a great improvement. Though whenever a mod gets updated one of my favorite maps always get left out it seem. Like heutau on dod, many from AHL, and now ns_nancy. I have been to lazy to post this before, but now that 2.1 is coming soon, could you throw in ns_nacy that map was so sweet. And, even if it is not in the initial release whatever, i just what that sweet map back!

Since no one else has, I'll tell you <i>why</i> it got taken out. 2.0 came with a new hull file (hull file is something that you need to compile a map with, I don't know details), so nancy needed to be compiled again. Unfortunately, the map creater had a HD crash the the map source doesn't exist anymore, and couldn't be compiled with the new hull file or editted again, so there were some minor stuck issues and gameplay issues that made it get taken out of 2.0.

It is 75 pages long (and growing), so if you want to read it make sure you have time to spare. It clearly explains what the problem was with the original nancy and the entire process of fixing it.

I've ALWAYS said i've had trouble remembering the map names. I have the same thing with the months of the year. I got an A in biology (and a C when i took the exam two years early), i've memorised my way around countless maps, but i'll be damned if i can remember what order the months come in.
