ive tried and tried and tried but i just cant get it fixed
in cs i hear people talk as well as after entering the readyroom sometimes but not ingame
so i expect its not a normal hlvoice problem
the sounddevice has lots of ins and outs but no definded for mic or headphone
but normally i hear all the sound throu main out so it would be nice to get all voice throu main out too

Have you run voice_tweak.exe in your ns directory?
Have you tried voice_loopback 1 in console?
Does the microphone work in windows, unmute mic in windows, and see if you hear yourself on the speakers,
    Have you updated the drivers?
    Have you updated DirectX?

    updated everything few weeks ago
voice_tweak.exe crashes because of missing mic in
my problems are the missing voices of other players
    mine are not so important
    just want to hear teamchat
ill try loopback but i think its for my mic input only
maybe it has something to do with the multichatchannels/squadgroups because it works in cs
    thx so far

    Oh..
There is a cvar, that disables voicecomm, I dunno what it is, but I know it exists
    Try this
    Back up your NS config
Copy your cs config over your ns config
See if you can hear voicecomm,
    If so, its that cvar
    If not, its ns
Also: If voice_tweak won't work, neither will normal voice comm, thats from your side, it shouldn't effect other players
