Blurred Pop-up Menu In Steam

I have an ati radeon 128 9000 series, drivers upgraded and such. Lemme illustrate my problem:

Oh and the cursor is not displaying correctly, the black portion is still there where it shouldnt be. Any suggestions?

    Don't worry, everyone has this bug.

    We should wait for the other HL patch because the new HL patch b0rkened the font system used by NS

    There is a wealth of information in these forums regarding STEAM bugs. Browse through them and you'll find answers to most every STEAM bug known (definitely read the pinned topics). If the lazy bug has got you, at least do a search.     NSv2.1 also fixes this with native Steam support, so hang tight and all your Steamed NS problems will be sorted.
