Ns 2.1 Background

K, I see a lot of talk about the background in the menu screen FOR STEAM and that you can replace it. Can someone tell me how to replace it and what file I need. I don't want to have to get such and such program and cut this do that I would just like the information on what to replace and if anyone has the file already done.

    use the search button and search for NS steam backgrounds or something like that, then instructions should be included with the downloaded file <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    If instructions aren't included, put the folder with all the files in it into C:\Program Files\Steam\skins
