    evolving in mid air can be dangerous if you land in a bad spot.     IIRC Xeno damage is based off of current armor, does taking carapace increase the damage of Xeno?

    This is merely an issue of timing it right. A skulk without adrenaline can xeno, switch weapons and leap with enough time to hit your target dead on.

    It just takes a little practice to get the timing right, compensating for whatever weapon switching delay there may be.

    Xenocide use's much of your energy to the point you must wait for a milisecond or two before switching and leaping. If you do it before hand your energy will go to 0 and you wont leap at all and if you wait till long you blow up before hand. It just takes practice.

    btw: only do this at 75%+ Energy or you wont be able to pull the xeno+leap off.

    I think xeno(and blast damage in general in NS) isn't spherical but more like... lemon shaped. Or maybe just a cylinder, because if you do a "xeno airburst", ie explode above their heads, you'll still kill them(even if you're out of range)...
    Example: I xenoed in the ceiling of station access alpha and killed some of the marines below(they were already hurt a bit, but not that much), even though that would have done about 15 damage if I had been the same distance away, but on the same plane as them.

    How come, though?
