<div class="IPBDescription">A crazy "mind-reading" thing.</div> This has either been posted before, or someone knows how this works. My friend (Vulgar Menace) said this place is relatively nice to newbs. I hope he's right. Anyways, here it is. I can't figure it out.

It's crazy. The only thing I could find out about it was that there are numbers of the same sign.

    All the possible choices are already designated to one symbol. The only reason why it seems to get something "new" is because the placement of the symbols to the numbers have been switched. Still the same thing, just disguised.

    Heh, I forgot how they did it myself, had to look again carefully.

    The symbols change. But that Is a neat mind trick (that does not involve the Force) and can be replicated with similar trick with playing cards.

    I said how it works in another topic...

    You can only pick 10 +
    So... 10, 1 + 0 = 1, 10 - 1 = 9.

    Try it with 11, then 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19. They're all 9
    Now anything from 20 to 29 = 18
    30 to 39 = 27
    40 to 49 = 36
    50 to 59 = 45
    60 to 69 = 54
    70 to 79 = 63
    80 to 89 = 72
    90 to 99 = 81

    Kinda tricky, but simple.

    Okay, so there is 10 possible choices. I still don't get how it manages to know which choice you've selected though. Is it, the 10 possible choices are all the same symbol? OHHH!     its simple maths. Whenever you take any 2 digit number's digits away from that number, you will end up with a multiple of 9. all they have to do is to make sure that the multiples of 9 all have the same symbol and that that symbol is shown when you click the box.
