My Server Updated And Now I Can't Get In!

i used to play on one of the bean.net servers, and they updated to steam. it says i needed protocol 47 to get in, and i guess i have 46. i downloaded steam, and when i try to join it says my .dll file differs.
i have v2.0, and i can play on any other server, just not this one. also, i don't have ns in my steam files. do i need to have it there?
