I was looking for a Plugin that gives admins the oppertunity to "ban" a player from being Commander for a certain period of time.
To "punish" commanders who do a bad job without banning them from the server completely.
If the player should get a message "you have been banned from using the CC for %time% by %admin%".
If he is in CC currently, he should automatically be ejected.
The plugin should use Won/SteamIDs.
Maybe somebody can code such a plugin?

From the standpoint I see it you wish to punish bad comms for a while, while not kicking or banning them from the server.
If a comm is a llamma, most members of the marines will come together as a team and voice there opinions using the "eject commander" button on the right click menu [it's up and to the right]
When this happens the commander is kicked out of the chair and banned from going back to it for that game
just use that when you have a struggling/failing/inexperienced-and-it's-not-the-time-to-learn commander, and they are bannned from the CC
maybe there is a plugin that lets you extend the CC ban, and I know they have plugins that allow admins to eject the commander

If nothing turns up there just wait for Them, Voogru, or any experienced plugin coder to come around and ask them about making it, or someone who is starting / enjoys making plugins could try and make it for you but that would be done with PM's, unless you wanted to make a group plugin coded open source on the thread, anybody could make changes / fix stuff other people missed <!--emo&::nerdy::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/nerd.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='nerd.gif'><!--endemo-->
