I am beginning to play this MOD and I am very impreseed. It's a blast especially with an educated/experienced commander. My question is - is there a way to practice commanding alone as not to P*** off other players? There have been many times games start and no one wants to command. I have tried to learn by going into small servers but that is not really fun for the other players when i am trying to get a feel for all of the controls and how to effectively run the console. And of course you can't load up your own server becouse you need an additional player to begin the game.
Will this be possible in 3.0??
Thanks in advance... Nice - Very Nice MOD Guys.....

"D:\Games\Half Life\hl.exe -game ns -nointro -sv cheats 1"
Of course you must replace the "D:\Games\Half Life\hl.exe" with the location of your own HL executable.
With regards to commander training, some servers (The SandBox,) are specifically set up for comms to train, so the marines should not get too annoyed. Alternatively, there are bots for both aliens and marines available. Their intelligence is surprising, and they are not to be ignored as a training option.
RCBOT - Marines and Aliens
WhichBot - Specialises in Aliens only
I pressume that there are more available. Scornforge hosts both of them.

Heck, I cant get enough of TheSandbox and its crazy noobie "Kamikazi" feature...
I even have it bound to a key...
Bind l "say kamikaze"
Not sure on spelling, but it gets the job done. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> Hey, a bit of light relief before a clan match never hurt anyone.
Edit: poorly worded
Like what? I've played against them, and they are GOOD. Almost lifelike in their ability to go about kicking my [insert you-know-what body part here]. I'm lucky to get 2 kills in before they chomp me apart.
