640_overwatchscheme.tga?

Whenever I start NS my friends and I always get... could not find .........640_overwatchscheme.tga. Now I know its not important, but what is it for exactely and If I can't get this how can I at least get that message to go away?

    i get that, its when your running on 640x480 i think one of the sprites are missing from the installer or something, i get it when i play on my old PC doesnt do anything as far as I see

    if you can put the res up to 800x600 , you will notice that apart from looking better its also easier to be commander, try changing from software rednering to openGL or D3D if you can
