How Do I Enable Console In Hl,tfc,ns?

I had to reinstall HL after system overhaul and whenever I start HL,TFC I don't see the word "Console" at the top.How do I enable Console in the HL,TFC icon shortcuts?

Right click on your Half-Life/NS icon and hit the shortcut tab. Once in the shortcut options, there shoudl be a window that lets you edit text called "Target".
