I feel like a complete nublard asking this, but how do I reorganize my drive letters?
I had:
C: - System
D: - Programs
E: - CD Drive
F: - CD Burner
G: - Mountable Drive (Daemon Tools)
I installed a new hard drive, and it's got
H: - New Drive partition 1
I: - New Drive partition 2
How do I switch 'em all around so it's c, d, e, f, as physical drives?

If its XP/2000, do this:
start->control panel->administrative tools->computer management
this launches a little app w/ lots of stuff on the left. you want Disk Management (under Storage). To the right are all your partitions, just right click on it and choose "change drive letter". couldn't be easier. :)
I forget exactly how its done in Win9x, though I think its somewhere in the Device Manager...

Ahh reminds me of the days of using the 'net' commands in school to access private hard drives and edit people's papers for my personal amusement <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
ie. if you had a program installed in G:\whatever\program.exe , everything leading to that program would still be on G: and not E:
