    You should probably post on their forums, but I would think restarting would help.

    As much as we'd like to, we can't give you competent Steam techsupport. As PJ said, check their forums for this. Once you got the whole affair running, you can download the NS 2.0 Steam-installer from <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=31&t=49430&st=0' target='_blank'>here</a>.
