Whenever I try to join a net game....not lan... I have a cl_flushentitypacket error? What the heck is wrong. Then I overflow. It does this with steam and WON. I have no idea, but could use a suggestion.

I've had cl_flushentity packet randomly since I started playing half life multiplayer. It's just a fact of life. <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->

Its because you have to much packet loss. U need to tweak your settings, find a closer server. Or go broadband. you could have the fastest PC in the world but if u got 56k u still will get this error.
It's probably your connection, had 56k with packet loss then switched to broad and like whoa it dissapeared! <!--emo&::nerdy::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/nerd.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='nerd.gif'><!--endemo-->
ah i remember them, used to get the alot when playing on servers not in the UK (56k), either change ur rate or i found that changing to oneTel(.co.uk) ment i got them very little, and oneTel are fast too <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
I still get them about once a day, and I'm running on my own cable line ( no one else uses it on my street ). My rate is 999999999999999999999, aka uber fast. Why?

what network config do u use [rate and such]?
BTW it should be in the tech forum
