<div class="IPBDescription">package</div> I would love to host a server with these mods, and play on it, but unfortunately all I have is a lame 200 kbsec upload. So unfortunately my servers are kinda laggy when 20+ people get on. Lemme know if you are hosting a server with my mod package, and or find one with chamber seeding. Soooo definitley wanna play on a populated server with chamber seeding..

    No, you can place chambers on walls and ceilings. I just think it looks stupid, you could place for example a sc where no-one would ever find it.

    Mind you also that you can adjust the max distance away from the gorge to place the chambers... all fully customizable, ntm you can disable chamberseeding per specific chambers <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    The package looks nice.. althought it would probably be hard on servers.. Just because huge amounts of metamods do that <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
    Kinda wishing there was an alternate plugins.ini included for linux servers, I mean, yeah, its not too hard to edit the current one for linux, but would been nice either way.

    Yep... though I changed alot of things in the files, got rid of things that werent needed... all in all, its a new release... but I didn't feel like making a seperate post in the general discussion asking about if anyone found a server with chamberseeding. SO its a sorta double post in one thread.

    <b>ANeM:</b> if the current config is too hard on ye ole processor, I simply suggest picking out one or two of your fav plugins and only running them <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> .. that way you can get what you want, and run a faster server if your comp cant handle the plugins.

    Honestly tho, the only plugins that I feel slow my computer down a tiny bit is: the comm ghost, and the medarmory-pro

    I've wondered why this wasn't in the game already. All the alien areas have odd organic coverings on the ceilings and walls, so it would make sense that chambers could do that as well. There's been a few times when I really could have used a chamber on the wall. Might make way for impromptu stairs as well.

    Very cool idea.

    Putting the basic code in, where you can ghost a structure before you decide to build it, would be very cool. Just being able to see where something will build and where it won't would make my life as a gorge much easier. The building on walls and ceilings and such seems like it could be imbalincing in some way that I can't quite figure out yet.
