9/10. I would've got a full score, but I actually sat down and thought about the one with the subjunctive - I always get it wrong when I stop to think. :/

"I" is used for the nominative, "me" for the accusative. For example:
"The professor gave the most difficult problems to Andrea and me." "Andrea and I beat the stuffing out of the professor."
I had an old book called Rod and Staff that taught me an easy way to remember how to say "Someone and me/I". Take the Someone out. Does it sound better to say "The professor gave the hardest test to I"? No. It sounds better with "The professor gave the hardest test to me". It's a little helper in times of need. Thought I'd share.
The differences between to lay and to lie (down) are completely arbitrary now. The same with to fall and to fell (though no one really uses fell anyway). There are others but those are the only two I ever remember.
The difference can be drastic in foreign languages though, so people that speak english might have trouble getting them right in other languages.
