    Common HL thing really. Dunno why it does that but I think those files occur when HL crashes or som'n. They don't clean the temp files (at least I assume they're temp files). Nothing to worry about, just delete and move along.

    I can confirm that they appear when HL crashes. Just baleete them.

    I think they're temp files that are put in the root of C by scandisk when you have a crash in halflife

    Yep, definately common... noticed after about 1 year of playin CS.
    Its not hard to spot, they have the STUPIDEST file names ever... i.e i have one which im about to delete (because theyre useless and usually 0 kB) called t3vvrav9...useless.
    Yep so its not spyware or anything like that so feel free to toss it in the trash!

    Not AdminMod. I never had AdminMod until recently and it still creates those files, but I never knew it was safe to baleet them <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
