From The Beggining Please!

I am new to making maps!!! With the exception of square duke3d maps with lots of guys in them!

Yes I am a noob........Dont groan!

I have set up and downloaded hammer and the other programs in the tutorial.
I have searched all weekend and found only one good noob tutorial on how to set up a basic map for cs !! It was very short

The rest of the tutorials I found were how to set up hammer 50 thousand diffrent ways!

So from the beggining I want to learn and make ns maps plus the basics of hammer to do this . Once again I have found nothing that I can understand well!

So could sombody in the community help me out! Please!
