Installation Errors

<div class="IPBDescription">I didn't see anyone else with this prob</div> Hey, my friend has this problem where he gets this error whenever he tries to install NS. HL patch 1.1.1.0 is already installed. Running XP Pro, amd athlon processor, 1.13 GHz and 384 RAM. Also says that this is first time getting errors while installing something. Also, after trying to install it for the first time and getting the error, he tried downloading and installing it 3 more times, so re-downloading doesn't help obviously.

If anyone knows how to get NS to install with this... that'd be great.

    well, if he hasn't been doing this, he definitely needs to switch mirrors and try downloading it again.

    also needs to be sure to completely delete the old install file, just to be safe.

    otherwise, no ideas.
