    i think they said that all along, but they also said that they though it could be ready for he holidays...

    so it's just a miscalculation from the team, can't really blame them - guess playtesting took longer than they expected...

    Deal with it, halflife 2 specifically gave us a date, then they delayed it to febuary.

    Scooter does have a point tbh, i love the ns team and the work they have done, and i do also understand that they want nsv3.0 to be completly perfect, but i will admit i was under the impression that it would be out around the holiday season(this holiday season).

    I didnt expect it to be done, and as many community members stated, it is still in beta with many bugs, so we got a warning, not to get our hopes up.

    This is what bugs me. When the ns team say that it will be ready for christmas, I think, thats nice they gave us an idea of when we will be able to play it. However the problem a lot of people seem to have is when this date comes round, they think they have some right to get the game on that date. You have to right to play natural selection, or to demand the ns team release it, just chill down and play whats avalible.

    What happened to going to Brood War, I guess the NS forums are just a great way for you to condesend on others without providing anything useful to the community.     scooter, you are a troll. What do you want from the dev team? They made an approximate release date because it seemed at the time that it was going to be done by then. Stuff happens, and it is not nearly done right now. The release date is now, and has always been, "when it's done". Certainly putting holiday season on the front page was a mistake, I'm not going to deny that. What is it that you want to be done about it? Releasing 3.0 is impossible right now. It's not finished.
