Seeing how the NDA is lifted would it be too much to ask if a manual of NS was released?
Of course you'd leave out stuff like settings and maps (No idea what maps have been finalised for an initial release), but it'd be nice to have a well formatted look at the classes, weapons, upgrades and tech trees.
Looking at the Warcraft3 tech trees on the official site always gives me new ways of building my army of the undead.

I think it's Flayra's intention to release it shortly before NS itself, though I may be wrong.
but when will it come out in relation to the release, what i mean is will u wait until its the last few days b4 release THEN release or release when the manuals done?
So, as of a couple of months ago, that was the declaration. That may, however, be modified now. But I certainly hope not.

If there's one message you can take away from State of Emergency, I think it's that capitalism has finally, irrevocably won. Using advanced technology developed in Japan and financed by a publishing company in the U.S., a group of smart people in Scotland has created what's possibly the most useless consumer product of all time ... Playing State of Emergency is like spiking the ball in the end zone of competing ideologies. Feel the burn, Marxism!

And on the topic of Flayra boosting our egos, He loved my first sig and even let me keep it on for a while (and it was 80 kb, an animation I made of a Skulk and a Swordfighter, with the swordfighter ultimatley chopping mr. bob in half.)
That gives me an ego boost all the time <!--emo&:p--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'><!--endemo-->
I have three words for the idea of releasing the manual before the game: Kick-ing arse.
Thanks for that wonderful phrase, Monse.
Hey... I didn't know MonsE had Psychic powers! Well, either that or I'm thinking waaay too early (read: tomorrow).

*Takes a quick bow*
Surge, dude, that's four words, though.
Heh.
As far as what I heard around, though, a great deal of the manual is done, and le artiste is waiting for a few people to submit some updated numbers before polishing the manual. What this means in terms of time, is anyone's guess.
And Quad, I remember your introduction. You said hi, and then three or four people said that your sig was too big (I thought it was neat, too...), and you had to nix it. I believe a moderator even came by to tell you that you had to change it within two weeks, or something, when Flayra came along with a simple, "I kind of like it. Can't we bend the rules this once?" And it stayed. Very nice.
Ah, memories... From the corner of my mind...

You'd think that... I hope you're right, too.

Wel, the 'Soon' in that implies that NS is still months away from release. <!--emo&:(--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('><!--endemo-->
Seeing as NS has been 'Soon' to release for quite some time now. <img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/Skin/SKIN-2/PostIcons/icon6.gif" border="0">
BTW: A german manual would be nice as well, the german HL players would also appreciate it. ^^
