Chain Knife..

when i was about 12, i used to have a hobbie called Warhammer 40k .. i know we all have different opinions about this, i want to appear neutral in these opinions. if your opinions are negative, please keep them to yourselves..

anyway, there used to be a weapon called a chain sword or something.. kinda like a cross between a chainsaw and a sword.. and i was wondering whether anyone could make me a knife or something which was like this... i dont know how hard or easy this would be, as im not a modeller/skinner/mesher or whatever.. i just like looking at the skills you ppl have in making models/skins etc....

i would draw suming in Paint, but it turned out pathetically crap, so i scrapped that idea

hmmmm do you have any pics? i kinda kno what your talking about, there was once in fallout a while back. hmmmm i might be interested in modeling that later.

the mod "battlegrounds" is a warhammer mod, it has the "chain knife" that's what your looking for, it will be a pain to convert, a pain to model from scratch, and an uber-pain to animate...

you can try to convert it, but you'll need permission (which i've heard is a "never touch my stuff" permission agreement)
