Out Of Range!?

<div class="IPBDescription">Not JUST with Ns</div> I really need help with this stupid error. Ive been getting it on specific games in the past, but no games serious enough for me to make a big deal out of it...until now. The problem is when i go to start a game, when i click the Icon, the PC refreshes the monitor (like usual) but instead of going to a game menu, the monitor turns off with a message saying: OUT OF RANGE. This error usually only happened when trying to play Atari Classic games like Astroids and Tempest. But after just upgrading my Pc, i now get this error when trying to Start Natural Selection!!! :-( Anyone know what the problem is? My idea was Resolution, but i tried starting the game in about 5 different Resolutions with no change.
