No Stomp,devour,blink?

<div class="IPBDescription">Why not?</div> I hate making topics,Because this has most likely been answered,But i searched and searched and cant find anything,Why is the onos missing devour/stomp when i make a listenserver OR a dedicated server,I downloaded the 90meg server NS from N-S.org Still no luck...Im not really a moron,But this has got me stumped

(EDIT I didn't mean blink,the other fade attack)
