<div class="IPBDescription">Why do you all hate me?</div> MAn, you guys are mean to people who play the game and get what going down and yet you can't forget one stupid mistake like "oh he forgot to read FAQ so lets rube in his face for the time being." I mean comon! I rarely get mad, truely, really! but when people rub **** in my face I get freaking mad! I mean i just want to add my ideas in to the community but damn i guess you guys plain out hate me. I play NS everyday and i know how to do stuff, but give me a break i hate posting in forums for the reason the actual had to post a behave yourself note. I mean we are all men here and if not still you need to know the rules of the world. Getting mad a people leads to NO PLACE. Before you all read this and say "WTH" is this guy think. i have to blow of steam and alot of it.
This guy has the brass to bring up a mistake i made yesterday, and put it in my new topic before he even reads the other replys in there. Its like go head put my head in front of that shotgun, now all i got to do is pull the trigger. I mean before you ask if i'm a sucidal i'm not, this is how i blow off steam and i know this topic will get locked and i'll get banned but i could care less with people like the guy who brought this up in the first place.
Your all confused by now, and you will post "what do you mean TRIGGER, SUCIDAL" I could really care less just though you could get whats going on forums when you see some guy stop posting becuse your rudness.

The reason they're touchy is because I&S is... how shall I say this... the rear end of the forums. The same crappy ideas get suggested over and over again, and basically there's just a lot of flaming and very little actual constructive talk happening.
Basically, just don't go into I&S. Trust me, it's pointless, only about one or maybe two ideas have ever made it out of there, and that only after people close to Flayra recommended them.

Or maybe because hearing the same thing repeated over and over when asked not to and there are stickies for it , and the stuff gets posted anyways Its quite annoying.
anyway, it's been said already, just ignore them and you would ignore some 5 year old trying to get attention from you in real life. nuff said really.
p.s. i learned a long time ago not to post in I&S. follow my advice and avoid. hang around here instead ^_^.

Shadowlinex, I've read through a few of your suggestions and I would recommend a few tips to prevent future mistreatment:
1. When you have an idea, don't jump right in and post a single sentence description. Take some time and think out the effects of your change/addition. Work out as many details as you can, then post and ask others for their opinions.
2. When typing your ideas, don't rush through without checking for spelling errors. Don't expect people to read into your messages. When readers have to fill in blanks or interpret your grammar corrections, it frustrates them. Typos happen but try to correct as many as possible. And "text messaging speak" is fun on the cell phone but unless your reading these forums on a cell phone it's completely annoying (I haven't noticed you doing this--just an FYI).
3. While you may be doing this already, make an attempt to search for earlier posts that are similar to your idea. These forums have been around for awhile.
Also, one thing I've learned from the dreaded Discussion forums (with the help of a few Mods <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> ) is when you're feeling emotional--don't post on the forums. Get up from your machine and walk away for a bit. Come back later and either ignore the nonsence or respond in a civil manner. Getting worked up over some noname troll is never worth the effort.

Chill out, take a breather, or take a tempsusp. The S&I forums are for letting yourself get burned, especially when you post smartbomb's. If you can't handle having your ideas refuted, don't post them, especially if you want to change this game.

uhh, read the stickies. Takes 5 mins. Reread your suggestion to make sure its clear and fits into the game. A uber 50ton mech does not fit in a game, neither does a 590megaton nuke. Theres alot of suggestions thats a bunch of letters and l33t speak and you cant make it out. This is why people flame. You can search also. You dont have to read past topics. If you truely cared about your idea geting good feedback, then why dont you do these simple things.
as for that sentence, it's not proof because I was also thinking of athena and some of the other non-males you guys seem to have forgotten in this lil thread... as for me? The fun continues XD
