Penny Arcade seems to want to make Flayra and MonsE poor by pulling their bandwith into places No Man Has Ever Been Before.

<a href="http://www.penny-arcade.com/index.php3" target="_blank">Today</a>, however, Tycho started not only mentioning the badly wounded ns.org again, he also dropped some lines about rr.org and the Win2K/XP guide MonsE is hosting there (check the last post).

It's offical: Tycho hates NS and tries to make all the devs bankrupt before they can finish the game!

    To save on bandwidth, you could always put the actual DOWNLOADS on Joev's server and link to them from Ns.org. Just a suggestion.
