umm, to play all you files go grab winamp 5
for converting them, well I dono <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
did a quick google (wma convert mp3) and there are alot of programs out there that you can get a free demo of.
If this is a one time deal then just dl install ocnvert and erase <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> (though they might destroy quality I dono <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->)
Goldwave ( www.goldwave.com ) is a decent shareware audio editer that can convert between many formats, but you'll need to find an mp3 encoder (not sure where you'll find one, but Google is your friend).
As for playing .wma files - winamp'll do it no problem.
Any descent hand held mp3 players though, not computer. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
I recommend the <a href='http://www.apple.com/ipod/' target='_blank'>iPod</a> for a good MP3 Player.
Light, loads of storage space and looks good <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
Loads of winamp skins avalible from <a href='http://www.winamp.com/skins/' target='_blank'>here</a> and <a href='http://www.1001winampskins.com/' target='_blank'>here</a>
Winamp 5 is compatible with Winamp 2 and 3 skins so it has a huge skin base in theory.
