Configuring A Map List File?

How does one go about configuring one? On the server I'm an admin on, we want to have some customs, but we don't want them in regular rotation, to be changed by an admin or voted on, but we don't know how to make the file.

    In your ns folder is a file called "mapcycle.txt" (if you don't see one there create it with notepad). Mine looks like this:
    <!--QuoteBegin--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->//ns_missilecommand_final3
    ns_veil
    ns_eclipse
    ns_origin
    ns_caged
    ns_lost
    ns_nothing
    ns_mineshaft
    ns_hera
    //ns_siege007
    ns_nancy
    ns_bast
    ns_tanith<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->The "//" comments out those maps so they don't appear in the map rotation. Any map bsp you have in your maps folder can be voted on or changed to by an admin. Only those maps listed in the mapcycle.txt (and not commented out) will appear in map rotation.

    By the way, my server's startup map is tanith, which appears at the bottom of the list. When tanith completes the next maps will be veil, eclipse, etc.
