    hmmmmm.
    I glance at all the advice..and I dont think it is extreme enough for this material.
    Here is my advice:

    Take 1500 pills...sit on a rather rotten raft..revolver in hand (just incase)..and then proceed to fall of Niagra Falls..doing air guitar..

    ..there we go..
