Just wondering what the commands for joining teams are. I know they exist, but I just don't know what they are.

ie: join team1
or something like that.

    The commands are:<ul>
    <li>readyroom - go to the readyroom
    <li>jointeamone - join marines
    <li>jointeamtwo - join aliens
    <li>autoassign - join a random team
    <li>spectate - join the spectator team
    </ul>
    Note that you have to be in the readyroom to use the last four commands.

    Heheh. Exploiting maps with only a "Random Team" option... <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

    In case you did not know, here is the notation for the binding:

    Bind x jointeamone
    Bind y jointeamtwo

    Quotes are not required. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    the join team commands are automatically bound to F1 and F2 (at least, they are in 3.0)

    The problem you have with that is for some oddball reason some people's f1 and f2 keys in half-life don't bind, and instead pop up a 'half-life box' at the top left of their screen.

    If you must bind, a quick note. DO NOT bind enter, space or backspace to anything it isn't supposed to be, or when u type in console it will execute the command binded when u hit the key.

    Also, everybody should use the unbind command to unbind f6 and f7, as they can be a drama at a slip of finger.
